Our History

AMS International Sp. z o.o. – Advanced Manufacturing Solutions was founded to preserve the highest standards of technological consulting historically represented by the DELCAM brand. The founders of AMS were previously associated with DELCAM as engineers, consultants and implementation specialists, gaining extensive experience while supporting some of the most demanding industrial customers in Poland through CAD/CAM deployments and professional training programs.

Following the acquisition of DELCAM by Autodesk, the operational philosophy changed significantly. Technical and engineering support — once a cornerstone of long-term customer relationships — became increasingly centralized and limited. Many companies, particularly in tooling and precision manufacturing sectors, began to experience a lack of individual, expert-driven cooperation tailored to real production challenges.

AMS International was established as a direct response to this gap. The company retained the strongest elements of the DELCAM heritage — engineering competence, technological passion and deep understanding of manufacturing processes — while building a modern portfolio of solutions ranging from established systems such as PowerMILL, PowerSHAPE and FeatureCAM to advanced platforms including Tebis, NCG CAM and Carveco.

The name AMS – Advanced Manufacturing Solutions reflects the company’s philosophy: combining advanced technologies with practical consulting and flexible, customer-oriented cooperation. It represents the continuation of proven engineering quality in a new dimension aligned with the requirements of Industry 4.0.

The name AMS International Sp. z o.o. is an acronym formed from three English words: Advanced, Manufacturing, and Solutions. It reflects the company’s mission to deliver modern, effective, and innovative technologies that support manufacturing processes and drive industrial development toward greater efficiency, precision, and flexibility.

The inspiration for the logo symbol is associated with ambition, intelligence, and a strategic approach to business. The gecko featured in the company’s visual identity also refers to an animal known for its exceptional adaptability, resilience, and regenerative abilities — qualities that perfectly represent the core values of AMS International.

The gecko symbol embodies the company’s key competencies: operational flexibility, precision, and the ability to respond quickly to changing business and technological conditions. Its dynamic graphic form highlights the brand’s modern character while maintaining a strong foundation in a practical, results-oriented approach to implementing innovation.

The green accent in the logo is intentional — it symbolizes openness to change, energy, and continuous growth. AMS International focuses on solutions that, like the color green, create harmony between technology and people, and between industry and its environment.
